Stephen was born on March 10, 1980 and passed away on Wednesday, March 23, 2016. Stephen was a resident of Maysville, Kentucky at the time of his passing. He was married to Natasha. The celebration of life will 2 pm on Saturday at Moore Parker Funeral Home in Maysville. Burial will be at Olivet Cemetery. Visiting hours will be 10-2 pm on Saturday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Daughters of Matt Marshall Scholarship Fund.
