Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry to hear of your loss! Steve and I reconnected via facebook several months ago and he told me of his battle. Gosh, it seems like only yesterday that we all grew up in Carrollton! I heard of Steve's passing this morning from my brother in Carrollton. I only wish I had known earlier so I could have traveled in from OKC for the service! This planet's loss is Heaven's gain! Stephen is not in pain now and he is in the arms of our Savior! Praise the Lord!

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

No words can ease the pain right now but your faith will see you through all things. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

December 2009

Suzan, Travis, and Kyle,

There are hardly words to convey how sorry I am. Steve has, in you three, an amazing and loving family, which I have the privilege of knowing in my life. I can only assume he was the proudest father and husband the world has ever known. We can all find comfort that's he's in a better place and that he will be with you always. My deepest condolences.

We are so glad blessed that we had the opportunity to visit Steve before he left us for a better place. The service today was a reminder of what a special person Steve was and what a joy to all those that knew him. Sue and Steve gave such an example of how life should be lived. Thank you.

Linda, Susan & family,I am so very sorry to hear of your loss. Steve

Linda, Ann and I were so sorry to hear about Steve. I haven't seen you or the children in a long time but I think of you often. May God shower you and your family with strength and peace during this very difficult time.
