Not sure what to say?

Still think about Steve often and with appreciation for his life and service too all the communities in which he lived. Good man, great friend and greatly missed. - Bill Atkinson Raleigh, July 3, 2021

Steve was "one of the good guys". He was terrific to work with...Prayers of comfort and strength to all that loved him...Bernie Smith

Dear Carol,
I am so sorry for your loss and hope that memories of the good times and the laughs you had together will sustain you and outweigh the grief over time. I never met Steve, but I know he had a great wife in you. Sincerely, Beth (Hemingway) Connaughton
(former coworker at Wilmington Ortho).

I was saddened to hear about Steve's passing. I met Steve in 1994 when I moved here and began working in the NHRMC ED. He always had a smile and a good word, but I will especially remember his talent for procurement. Steve was a master at finding anything and made it an art form. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of you during this sad time.

I am deeply sorry for the loss of your family member. I did not know Steve, but just reading about him I am quite sure he was a Awesome Man. God Bless You all. Praying for Steve's family and friends.

Our loving sympathy to all the Family on Stephen's passing. We have known him since his birth and are deeply saddened at this time. Our love, prayers and thoughts are with all of you. God bless you as you go through this sad time.

I had the pleasure of knowing Steve through work at NHRMC and found him to be a kind and thoughtful gentleman. I will miss seeing him and offer my condolences to his family and friends.

It was my honor to work with Steve and call him a friend. He will be missed by many. My condolences to his family.
