Stephen McKinnon

Stephen "Steve" McKinnon, 61, passed away Sunday, Jan. 18, 2015, at Envoy of Woodbridge.

He was born Oct. 15, 1953, in Boston, Mass., and his family later moved to Virginia. He eventually made Fredericksburg his home. He was a retired cement mason.
