Dear Eleanor and Family,
I was shocked to hear of Steve's passing. I was unaware of what had happened until Wilfred shared the sad news. Through many years at Shubie and at Riverside I counted on Steve to share his passion and talents with our students. He always was there when we needed him whether to share his life stories or to share the wonderful stories of your culture. I will never forget our trips to Blomindon with our grade 6 students...these were very special educational...
