Not sure what to say?

Steve and I grew up in the same neighborhood in Dewey. He was a good person. I have many fond memories of time spent with him. My heart goes out to his family. Enjoy peace my friend.

My condolences to Gayle and Steve's family, and to David and the rest of the family as well. Steve was a friend for as long as I can remember, through childhood with our parents, camping trips, at church, with his brother David, his amazing Dad Dave, and his one-of-a-kind Mom Evelyn. They were a great family. I only got to talk with Steve once for a short time as adults, and he seemed like he'd grown into a good man. What I've seen of all his tributes bears that out, and makes me proud. Rest...

Gayle, I'm so sorry to hear of Steve's passing. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers!!!

Oh Steve! Such a kind soul. You will be missed by everyone that knew you. May you be rejoicing with Him above and cancer free now! With most love...

I always enjoyed talking with Steve especially football and about my wife's love of the Green Bay Packers. He will be missed.

Gayle, I am so sorry to hear of Steve's passing. My heart aches for you. He was a wonderful man who always had a smile on his face. You are in my prayers.

Flash, I never remember seeing you without a smile.

You will always be one of my most memorable characters in life.

I'm so glad I got to know Steve. He was one of those people who would always brighten your day, regardless of how bad you thought it was. He always had a kind word and would bring a moment of peace when he stopped by my office. I'm so glad he knew the Lord and I know he's in a much better place now.
Gayle I can't express how sorry I am at what you had to see him go through and I know you hurt so badly right now. I will keep you in my prayers.

One could do no better than to be just like Steve Miller.
