Steve was a wonderful doctor who always cared about his patients first. As a surgeon myself, we often worked together in the operating room. I miss those days at Muskegon General Hospital where the doctors, nurses, and everyone were like a big family. Steve was part of that family. He was loved and will be sadly missed by us all. I send my sympathy and prayers to Marge and his family. For me, Steve was way more than a respected fellow colleague and surgeon. Steve was a true friend!
