STEPHEN C. MORRELL

STEPHEN C. MORRELL, 74, lost his battle with liver disease on Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2018, at home surrounded by his loving family. Born Aug. 1, 1944, he was a son of the late Earl and Pauline Morrell. He graduated from Bishop Luers High School in 1962. He received a degree in Economics from Xavier University in 1966 and a Master's Degree from the University of New Hampshire in 1968. He married Sandra (Hosler) Morrell and shared 52 loving years. He worked in I.T. departments for over 40 years. He retired from Parkview Hospital in 2010. He enjoyed bicycling, stone carving, golfing, reading and loved nature. He is survived by his wife, Sandy; daugher, Angie (Pat) Lyons; granddaughters, Jessica Lyons, Amber, Danielle and Madison Balser; great-granddaughter, Kyleigh; great-grandson, Levi; sister, Marge Creager; brothers, Frank (Wendy), Jim and Chuck. He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Andrea Morrell Balser, and brother, Dennis.
