Stephen, may you always hear our prayers of praise and gratitude for all that you have done for the City, our country, your family and the WPCA. No one has even come close to the dedication and perseverance that you have shown all of us over the years. Edwin (EJH) has come up to help you out which puts the Board at a tremendous loss. You are terribly missed;

Stephen is and will always be a truly stand-up gentleman. Only knowing him for a brief time from his affiliation with the WPCA I do know that his wife, children and extended family should hold their head up high; because Stephen was the best!

He was a very proud family man, and with good reason, his children were successful and he proudly and rightfully as a father recognized how his children embraced...
