To Steve's family, especially "his Jenny". I got to know Steve when he was elected to the United Council on Welfare Fraud, and quickly counted him as a friend. I loved his wit and genuine caring for others. Steve planned to attend the conference if Iowa in Sept. 2013, and promised to bring "his Jenny" so we could meet the love he spoke of so often. I am so sorry for your loss.
