Stephen passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2015. Stephen was a resident of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania at the time of his passing. Stephen graduated Bishop Shanahan High School in 2013 and was studying at the University of Pittsburgh. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation 5-8:00 PM on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at Saints Philip & James Church, corner of Rt. #30 and Ship Rd., Exton, PA 19341 and to his Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM on Thursday, July 9, 2015 at the church. Interment private. In lieu of flowers family prefers contributions to The Bishop Shanahan High School Scholarship Fund, in honor of Stephen Christopher Patrizio, Jr., 220 Woodbine Rd., Downingtown, PA 19335 or to SS Philip & James School, for tuition assistance, 107 N.
