Steve & I "Getting our Kicks on Rt 66!"

Steve, when I first met you, you were private and liked your alone time with your books. But over the past three years you became very involved with your tennis group and trivia group. Everyone loved you and you made an impact on so many lives. You will be truly missed. Thank you for including us in your book club and letting us be a chapter in your life.

My dear, sweet friend Steve, I'm still in shock and find it so hard to believe you're gone. I will miss you and our endless talks. You were more than a friend, you were my confidant, my therapy, my advisor. We always found something to laugh about whatever the topic...old TV shows, music, books, trivia, Broadway, work, kids, movies or SponTUNEous. We shared so much more than being born on the same day in September. I pray for Katy & Andy, he loved you kids and spoke of you often. This Okie...

Although we have not been friends for very long, I will miss our chats and banter. Was always happy to see you ... I will miss that.

Steve had a wealth of knowledge on books, music & movies that we enjoyed discussing. He was extremely patient & encouraging with us low level tennis players. A good man who was happy to take on whatever needed doing. Wish you had more time with us, Steve. Patrice

Steve was my best friend for over 20 years. He was kind, non-judgmental, a good listener and the smartest person I have ever known. I will miss him very much.

So very sad to hear this news. He will be truly missed. Prayers to his family and friends.

Enjoyed working with Steve. He always helped proof read my college papers and we played the Dead Pool together. Will look back on our trivia and good book discussions

I am sad to hear this. Steve was very interesting on so many subjects . I enjoyed our talks. He spoke of his children often. I´m sorry for their loss
