Steve was a supervisor of mine and a special friend. I will miss him dearly. My prayers are with you and all family members. My wife and I will be making a contribution to the St. Louis Psychoanalytic Institute in Steve’s honor. Please accept our condolences as we were not able to express them personally to you and your family following the memorial celebration at the Church yesterday.

I remember Steve with respect and affection; he was always a friend, a good companion and he represented values that I hold dear - he championed the individual and he worked for dignity and respect for all.
