Not sure what to say?

My sincere condolences go out to Steve's family. He was a wonderful neighbor who was always willing to lend a helping hand. Steve was a kind and generous man and I will miss his friendship. I will keep him in my prayers.

Steve Rack, you will be missed. Your years on this earth have touched so many and we are forever grateful for all you brought to Camden County 4-H. May Heaven hold a classic car and a field of 4-H clovers to drive through! God Bless you Mr. Rack!!!

I have fond memories as a 4-Her of Mr. Rack. He was tireless and always smiling. When I got older there were a few occassions where we would kick back a few drinks. What a nice man.A great volunteer and such a hard worker.

I had known Steve, originally through Camden County 4-H, for 35+ years. I learned so much from him as a 4-H member, volunteer, and friend. He and Betty were kind, genuine people. Steve was so dedicated to helping others and was a hoot to hang around with; someone I have truly looked up to. He had an interesting, long life and will be missed by me and many others. I extend my condolences to his family and friends.

Having had the pleasure of knowing Steve for many years, my thoughts and prayers are with his family during this trying time, He was a great person and will be sadly missed especially by the members, volunteers and staff at Camden County 4-H. He was a wonderful leader and a great volunteer.
He was always there to help out no matter what the task. Again my prayers are with his love ones.

I grew up having the Rack Family in my life. Although I haven't seen any of them in years, I remember most their kindnesses to my Mom, and our family. I remember Mr. Rack's smile and that he had the time to talk to us...my thoughts and prayers are with you all at this difficult time.

My thoughts & prayers go out to the Rack Family.Mr.Rack was an asset to the community & a mentor in the horse world for quite a long time.Glad to have had the experience.
Former"Trot & Trail" member 1972

While looking for another obituary I happened across this one. I am so sad to have found it. My family spent years in the care of Steve while we were members fo Trot N Trail. He taught us what it means to be a volunteer...to be a participating member of our community. He more than deserves the title of "Mr. 4H." We are better people for having him in our lives. Farewell, my friend.

Blessings to all family members.

Fondly,

The Cipolone Family
