Not sure what to say?

My deepest sympathy to Linda and family with the passing of your loved one and my friend Steve. I worked with Steve for a year in the auto/truck business in Lewistown as a finance guy. Although my time with the company was short because of downsizing business decisions it was a pleasure to work with a man very dedicated to the craft of moving vehicles, treating people with dignity and being fair with his fellow employees. I was extremely surprised to find Steve's obit in my Harrisburg...

Steve, you made Andy smile every single day that you two were a team. Linda, our prayers continue to be with you and your family through these difficult days.

Steve, I only knew you for 2 and a half years, seems like I knew you forever. Everything I learned about how to be great in the car business I learned from you. And a few things outside of the car bus. as well. It is hard being Tonto without the Lone Ranger but I will soldier on and not let you down. Thanks for everything buddie.

Steve helped me when I was really down and didn't know anyone in town. He was one of the nicest people I've ever met. I'll miss him.

So sorry for your loss. Susan Wian Tilley (Billy's sister) I remember Steve mostly when we were kids. We both lived on S. Main St.

Steve, My heart grieves for my sister Linda, Chris, Matt, Lauren, and Wesley and the rest of his family,But the most wonderful thing happened on friday August 14th, God took Steve home to be with Him and he will not suffer anymore he is sitting around that table of feast that he talked about when he gets to HEAVEN. We will celebrate your life until God comes to take all His people home to be with Him. My special memory of Steve in his last days is when my sister Bean and I would go to John...

Steve has been very influential in my life and my career. Steve's consistency in his values and ethics has helped change and mold my views as a salesperson, friend and father. It was always so apparent to me how much he loved his children and how much they adored their father through witnessing the relationship that they shared together. I will miss my friend.

"Peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give you. Let not your heart be troubled,...

Steve - You were one of a kind....one of those rare people to whom people naturally gravitated. You were one of those people who always led by example, which made those around you better - and the result of that philosophy was always apparent in your employees and especially your kids. And as for a sense of humor, it was always fun to be around you - you made long hours easier. And who could forget the tv commercials, where those who didn't know you got a glimpse into what we saw every...
