Stephen was the same age as my younger brother and was like another younger brother to me, when we were kids. He was always different, which is not something you realize is special and wonderful until you get older and discover how boring and forgettable are the people who are all the same. I remember Stephen sitting under a towel he had draped over two chairs at the swimming pool, he was probably five or six years old, and singing, "Ahh-aahh-aaahh, ahh-aahh-aaahh..." mimicking Walt Disney's...

Stephen, my sweet and beloved nephew, will live in my heart forever. Our family was blessed and grateful to have him in our lives. He had many important lessons to teach us about love, and life, and adventure, and simple kindness. He is our guiding Angel and we will miss him so very, very much.

Stephen was an amazing person and CNA here at Littleton Hospital. He always had a smile and gentle demeanor to the patients, families and staff members. I am so so sorry for your loss, and know that you are in our hearts, our thoughts and prayers thru this difficult time. God Bless.

I had never met Stephen personally but talk to him quit often on line. He was a very passionate person and loved life from what I saw. I am very sorry that we will not be talking any longer and am saddened to hear of his passing.
