Not sure what to say?

It was a few years after Steve´s passing that I heard about it. I was heartbroken. It was 1969/70 when Steve and I met in high school. Two long haired boys that shared a common love of music and all that went with it. Of all my friends my parents loved Steve. He and I were close all though high school and for a couple years after. Then he moved out of town. The funny thing is I felt such a brotherhood with him that I still, in my mind, talk to him. It is May of 2023 as I write this and I...

Steve and I were friends at Chanel High School 30 years ago. I went to college and lost track of him and others after that. He was a friend to me when I needed one. I was the new kid at school and he made me feel welcome. He was funny, bright, quick to help, and a blast to be around. He was well liked by most of the other guys and seemed to be thinking ahead of his time. Some of the teachers caught this and ...

Dear Jean and Al We are so sad to hear of the passing of Steve. I remember him as a child and wish to send and express the sympathy of the Obidinski family from Scranton. Hope to keep in touch with you and May God Bless and Keep Steve in His Most Tender Loving Care. Fondly, Ann(Obidinski)DeAntona

To Aunt Jean, Uncle Al, Dave, Jim, Sue, Bob and Joe & Cousin Steve's Children:
Our heart-felt condolences- Steve was much too young to leave. I have many fond memories of when he came out to California in the early 1970's ---trips to Disneyland, when they didn't want to let him in because he had an American Flag on his back pocket!(seems so silly now) His apartment in San Diego-- and how friendly he was, even though I was younger than him..He was a very decent guy--You are all in our...

To Steve's family- our condolences and prayers, and a memory to share: two weeks ago, when digging through a long forgotten box of stuff, I found photos of Steve and my sister Cheri, and old letters. Steve had just come back from one of what I will guess was his many adventures! This was high school...'73 or '74 I don't remember. But I do remember Steve being a warm, happy and fun guy. So I was going to send Cheri the pictures and talk to her about locating Steve -just wanting to find out...

We all send our love, thoughts & prayers to you @ the loss of Steve. God allowed Kristin & I the chance to see everyone in August, for which I am so grateful. Remember, Steve is with Grandma & Grandpa O'Brien now and they're all watching over us! With love now & always, Kathy, Mike, Rebecca, Jennifer & Kristin Horgan <3

TO ALL THE SAVNIKS,

OUR PRAYERS ARE WITH EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU. STEVE WILL TRULY BE MISSED AND ALWAYS IN OUR HEARTS.GOD BLESS.
