Stephen Charles Scheiderer

I only had the pleasure of knowing Steve for a short while, but I think of myself as lucky to have know him. I could tell two things about him right away. First, he was a kind and gentle man and second, he was also very intelligent and had a story to tell. He will be missed and even though it was only for a brief time, I will remember the good he added to my life.

Steve and I were very good friends. We were roommates at Ohio State and the University of Cincinnati. Steve was always a top student in his class and an extremely well read, intelligent, and a kind person. He tutored me through some of my most difficult coarses and was always there when a friend needed help.
We shared many good times during our college years. I very much regret closing track of him as we finished school and started our professional careers.
