Our deepest and most heartfelt sympathy to the Scherlacher family and to Steve's extended Volley Ball family. Its difficult to put into words how much Steve meant to so many over the years, he was an awesome VB trainer & coach and will truly be missed by everyone whose life he touched along his life's journey. May peace be with you all.

Sincere sympathies to the family. I was lucky to know Steve from his coaching at Mentor. His warm and wonderful attitude was a pleasure to be a part of. He will be missed by all who knew him.
