Not sure what to say?

I was a friend of Steve's after being introduced by a classmate-Alan Freeman-in Gainesville, Fl. I attended part time at Santa Fe Community College from 1980-1984. My best memory if him was when he invited me to watch the 9/3/83 football game in Gainesville between Miami and UF. I was with him on the Miami sideline when they lost the only game of the season 28-3 on the way to their first Natchamp. Great memory.

He was a co-worker of mine in the early 90's, we generated a good friendship, and we hung out occasionally. He was a gentle very kind person. I also visited him at his rehab center, where he had an apartment. I was very saddened to hear of his passing.

I met Steve in the early 80's and we dated for a short time. He was kind, understanding, a gentleman, strong, and very smart. Very sad to have lost touch with him, and find that he has passed.

To the Schnellenberger Family,
I value the opportunity I've had to know you all, and Stephen especially, both personally and professionally. Cheryl and I have you in our thoughts and prayers.
