Condolences to your family, Mr Scotts life as an officer, an engineer and a gentleman, is impressive. Our country is better off with outstanding persons of his caliber. I believe Mr Scott was a good family man and was active in the work of our Lord. Having lived in the Beaumont, Ft Bliss, and worked in the Kirtland areas; along with my many visit to Cloudcroff; his life had to be rich and fullfilling. God Bless to your family.

My Brother-in-law Steve was always a gentleman around me and mine. We got along fine. I admired him for his education, abiltiy and especially for his association with West Point. Sleep well my friend, sleep well.
