I am so sorry for your loss. The Smith's were neighbors of ours in Boise. I remember when I was 4 years old, Steve personally invited me to his high school graduation. It was the first "grown up" thing I was invited to, and I was so excited when I heard his name announced as he walked across the stage. (I also got cake at the reception, which was an unexpected bonus.) I, and the rest of the Hargis family send comforting thoughts at this difficult time.

I had the great privilege of knowing and being a good friend of Steve while he was in Hawaii. A great lawyer, a loyal friend, and a man of great integrity. I am so sorry to have learned of his passing from his brother. A true loss for all of us. May his memory always be a blessing.
