Not sure what to say?

He shaped me as a businessman and was a big influence on this 24 year old green occasionally stubborn business owner. Big Steve was larger than life. Successful and the ultimate people person. Motivator. Sometimes tough and firm but more often patient and fair. I will continue to enjoy fond and funny memories of business with Steve Strange.

My introduction to the Strange family began in the late 1950s when Vance and my late brother Carl became friends while attending Hendrix College and expanded greatly when Steve and I began our studies began at Hendrix in 1961. I could tell many stories on "Pup" but what could I say that has not already been said? Uncle Steve was the heart of any situation. Always there with a good joke or a solid piece of advice. We did not see each other often enough but when we did he always made me feel loved. If he was there, you were having fun. That was Uncle Steve. A brilliant businessman and always an extremely positive part of this family. I am going to miss him very much. His loss is a great void.

To the Strange family So sorry for your loss, but know he will be missed and remembered so fondly by so many. He never failed to shake my hand and have a smile and slap on my shoulder. Prayers for all

I want all the family to know that I am so sorry about your great loss. I am greatly appreciative of the career that was offered to me by Steve for all of the years we had together at American Management.
