Karen and Family Madelyn and I offer our prayers to soothe your sadness. Steve was a blessing in our lives as he shared his talents and caring heart well beyond the borders of MD Anderson. He was a Texas Treasure and his memory endures.

I am so sorry to hear about Steve's passing. I worked with him at UT and always enjoyed our encounters. Steve was a mentor and friend to many and he will be missed. Additionally, he always spoke so proudly about his wife and son and their accomplishments. I hope they take comfort in their memories of good times.

What a boss! Steve was the consummate professional and I learned so much about strong public relations practice by working with him. How fitting he was a fellow Longhorn as well! We'll miss you, Steve.
