Not sure what to say?

It is still hard to think about Steve not being with us. He made my day when I would see him at church and he would call me "trouble". I think about him, Juliann, and Izzy very often. Steve is one person that will be remembered forever by all who knew him. May he rest in peace and May his soul dwell with the blessed! Memory Eternal!

Our dearest Steve, Every Sunday when I go to church wherever we are at I make sure I light a candle for you. You are still in our thoughts and prayers and we will remember your kindness, your awesome friendship, your great sense of humor. There are some people that call me "trouble" like you did and the first person on my mind is you! I even tell them I´m proud of that name! May your memory be eternal! Vjecnaja Pamjat! Pray for us! With love and respect Father Yves, Popadija Kathy,...

There are many times when I think about Steve and how he was such a great person to be around and what a great sense of humor he had. He is truly missed by his church family at Sts. Peter & Paul Orthodox Church in Lakewood. We often speak about how we miss him so terribly. We love you Steve and I miss you calling me "trouble". You are the only person who I let call me that.
Love you,
Father Yves, Popadija Kathy Babich and family.

I love you. We said it on accident the first time. But we we meant it. I mean it more now than ever.

Greatest Brother ever.

Steve was brilliant and kind. It was my good fortune to have known him.

Dear Juliann, Isabelle,

Steve was a great friend and he will be missed. Although it's difficult today to see beyond the sorrow, may looking back in memory help comfort you tomorrow. Please accept our most heartfelt sympathies for your loss…our thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time.

My dearest Juliann and Isabel, Words cannot describe how sad we feel. When we were at the hospital to see Steve. I keep thinking wouldn't it be great if Steve would just pull the iv's and oxygen mask and get out of that bed and tell us to stop crying and let go out and party. We will always remember Steve and what a great person he is. He loves his family, his church and his Orthodox faith. He loves his friends and he loves being part of our church family too. Steve, who is going to call me...

Love you Brother. You were my hero. Rest in peace.
