Steve, I’m sorry I didn’t get a chance to say goodbye – I would loved to have had one last lunch with you. I hope you’re reading this now. You know how much you meant to me and you will be missed very much. We knew each other a long time and you taught me more than you can imagine. I always looked up to you.
