Stephen Swift, 53, of Pomfret, Connecticut, founder of Stephen Swift Inc., died at his home on Tuesday, November 27, 2001. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Saturday, December 1, 2001, 1 p.m., at Pomfret School Chapel, Route 44, Pomfret. Burial will be on Sunday, December 2, at in Nantucket, Massachusetts. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are appreciated to Nantucket Conservation Foundation, 118 Cliff Road, Nantucket, MA 02554.
