Not sure what to say?

Stephen,

I don't even know where to begin when describing you. You were so many things. To me, you were an amazing friend and neighbor. I have so many fond memories of you when we were kids running around the neighborhoods. I remember when you climbed the entire length of a 25-foot light pole at Darlington Park lol. Every time I pass the house where you grew up, I can almost see you, your brothers and my youngest sons Drew and Rhett playing in the front yard. We have some fun memories of having you in our home. Thank you for the surprise calls after you joined the military. We were thrilled to hear from you. What can I say, but thank you for your service and for the joy that you brought into everyone's lives. Miss you always Stephen.

I was thinking about you this Sunday on your birthday. Thank you for your sacrifice and I think about you and your family and friends every day. I know you are watching over them and keeping them safe. Thank you for your service- you are a hero. <3

It has truly been my honor to sign Stephen's guest book these past few years. Unfortunately, due to complications from my Multiple Sclerosis, this may be the last message I'm able to write. Please forgive me and know that Stephen will always be remembered in my home.
With love and respect ~ Peggy
