Missing you brother, happy birthday in heaven.

Stephen; I'm so sorry I didn't try to reconnect with you sooner. The years go by and I often thought of looking you up and getting together for drinks. Life surely has a way of sending people on separate paths. We worked together for two years on the SS Constitution in Hawaii, sharing a cabin, many laughs and adventures. The "Saddle Road Ride" in under two hours , lunch on the cliffs of Kauai, bike rides in Kona will always live in my memory. When you left for Tahiti, cruise ship photography...

Well, I just emailed a couple of you, and by doing a search, learned that my dear old friend, Steve was indeed the person for whom this memory book was made. I want to share a little of my memories of Steve. We worked together at the Medical College of Pennsylvania in the late 70's. We were fast friends. One halloween, Steve showed up at the office in roller skates and a long black cape, and roller-skated down the hallway saying happy halloween to everyone in the Dean's offices... We loved...

I met Stephen while working at American Hawaii cruises on the SS Liberte in Tahiti and we became very, very good friends.

I decided to look for him and was beyond shocked to find he had passed.
I have many, many fond memories of the great times we shared and the pictures to prove it.
Dearest Stephen - I hope you've run into my beloved Richard as I know you two would have become...

Hi Stephen,

Your birthday was yesterday and I can't believe how time has flown yet it seems only like yesterday when you were here with us. Been going through some old photos and remembering the times we spent together. Special times that will live not only in these photos but most of all in my heart. I know that you are somewhere watching and looking out for me. With all my love on your birthday! Ben

Hello Stephen, Here I am again remembering you. Forgive me for not doing it on the actual day of your birthday. I really have no excuse except that time sometimes takes us to some strange places and some things though present in our minds and in our hearts become like a dream that we wish were not a reality. I miss you dear friend because I know you would know exactly what I mean. We always talked of such things so I know that you are with me and will be forever in my mind and in my heart. I...

Dear Stephen,

It's been a while but this doesn't mean you have not been on my mind. Today is your birthday and I wish you were here for me to wish you many more. Yet I know that wherever you are you know that I'm wishing you to be at peace. I miss you dear friend.

Tonight H-J, and I had dinner with Jerry at the Indian restaurant in Chelsea that you liked so much and we talked about you and the way you were.
