Not sure what to say?

Steve (Mr. Valentine) was my 7th grade PE teacher in 1973/74, I was 12 years old. I was just recalling the only teacher I ever had that was in the Olympics. The fact that I was recalling him this many years later is testament to the fact that he was a special person. I remember the special rapport he had with me that no other adult in my life seemed to have at the time. He had a positive impact on my life that I continue to remember. I´m sorry to read of his passing, but happy to learn that...

Lois, Connie, and family: Sandee & I were saddened to learn of the passing of Steve. The last time I saw Steve was at Paige Whitehead's wedding in Missoula. I enjoyed visiting with him and the rest of the family. Please accept our deepest sympathies for your loss of a loved one. Clark & Sandee

As always, Love you so much.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

It takes you back when one of the neighborhood "kids next door" is no longer with us but I'm sure Steve is now serving a greater purpose. My sympathies and support go out to both of you and all your extended family.

We are very sorry for Pastor Steve's early departure. We will continue to lift your Church body up in prayer. We believe God will continue to bless the work that was began. Our prayers are with his lovely wife, Kay.

Lois and family,

Our heartfelt thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time of great sadness. Steve was a wonderful, kind & caring individual and will be missed by many.Although I haven't seen or talked to him for many years I thought of him often when memories of younger days passed through my mind. He had a wonderful sence of humor as well. He was a good friend to many. May Good Bless you all.
