Dear Dave and the Vanderipe family. I'm so sorry for your loss I knew Steve but not as well as Dave. Steve was 9 years younger. Losing the light of his life on Christmas must have been so hard for him, even if you know death is coming. It's still heartbreaking. No parent should have to bury their child. I pray that the Lord helps you through your grief.

My sincere condolences to the Vanderipe family. Steve will be greatly missed. I worked with him in the construction world and enjoyed helping him with the house plans for the homes that he built.
