Read MoreI first knew Stephen when I was general counsel of Siemens and he was at Shearman & Sterling. He was the consummate advisor, who became a leader and deal maker in the legal and banking worlds. We became friends and I discovered firsthand that he was as accomplished on the tennis court as he was in the board room. He will be missed and remembered by all he knew him as I was privileged to do.
