I greatly enjoyed the semester in which I studied the US Supreme Court under Professor Wasby at SUNY Albany in the early `80´s. Professor Wasby was a passionate, demanding and thoroughly fair instructor. He was the sort of academician who justifies the elevated status that the title "Professor" implies. May he Rest In Peace.
