Not sure what to say?

Dear Webber family:
I have just found out about Steve's passing, and I am so deeply sorry. Our family was good friends with the Webbers while Steve and I were at Conroe High School and living in Oak Ridge North. We did a lot of things together, including sports and fishing. Steve was a strong, passionate and giving man, and he will be missed by many people. My family wishes his wife and children strength through their faith and their loving memories of Steve.

Tammy, Shawn, Andrew, Patrick, Catilyn, Connor, and Liam, I am a friend of Steve's from high school. He was a guest at my home after his senior prom. He and I had no classes together, but somehow, we were good friends. I am so pleased that he has had such a wonderful life. It is so sad that this has happened to all of you. Myself and my husband are still involved in Boy Scouting, and our hearts are with you. You will stay in my prayers, Stephanie Cottrell Wingerter

Dear Tammy and all the Webbers, my heart goes out to you at this hard time. He was a great guy, and I know he will be much missed. I'm sure I speak for all McTeggart NTx families in wishing you comfort. You are all in my prayers.

Thank you for teaching my children and touching all of our lives.

Tammy and Children,
Steve was a great teacher with a sincere heart and love for God. We enjoyed the discussions and laughter we you and your entire family. Steve's great loves were God and his family and he lived life that way. We love you and ask God to comfort you through the days to come.
All our love,
Ray & Theresa Self and Sons

Tammy, Shawn, Andrew, Patrick, Caitlyn, Connor and Liam: how precious your family is to us and the memories we have of you: gardening together for Y2K on our property, having Bible study together, canning tomatoes together, going on Boy Scout adventures together, taking Steve's rocket science class at Sonlight, trading sewing for scrapbooking, worshipping together at Glenview...your family has enriched our lives. Steve/your dad would want you to continue living for Jesus so he can see you...

Steve was a friend with a great call to Christian evangelism and teaching. We will miss him.

Steve made our Sunday School lessons lively and memorable. He did the same with the Sonlight classes. (Physics of Rockets)

I remember him conferring the graduation diploma to his daughter, Shawn, while wearing a kilt. His words were some of the most beautiful, and memorable of all the years.

He left a mark on this world that will not soon be forgotten.

Steve was a Godly man and a great friend. He will long be remembered amd loved. May he rest in the arms of our Saviour.
