Not sure what to say?

Hi, I'm Marcie, Stephanie Wendell's sister. I always remember Steve and Mary coming to Dad's (Charlie) in Pittsburgh. I have many fond memories of those times. I'm sorry to hear he passed away. My prayers and thoughts are with you. Thanks for e-mailing Stephanie. Marcie

Dear Mrs. Wendell and Family, we are very sad to hear of Mr. Wendell's death. What a kind gentleman! For almost 20 years, you were both wonderful neighbors and a comforting presence to us. I'll never forget Mr. Wendell taking his daily exercise up and down the street under Mrs. Wendell's loving watch. Thank you for being such great examples of neighborliness and faithfulness.
With love and prayers,

My memories of Uncle Steve,

He could always fix our old tube radios and TVs good as new….you could find him in the local library reading technical books and magazines while the kids were in the children’s section…he always had two or three electric trains set up for Christmas…one time he loaded all of us kids into the old station wagon and took us for a ride on the Rapid Transit system from one end to the other…and back again!…He turned his old basement into a rec room with a pool...

Dear Wendell Family,
Please know you are in my thoughts always. Have comfort in knowing he and Rick are together. May peace be with all of you.
Love,
Darla (Krutch) Markham
