Not sure what to say?

beth - so sorry to hear of your family's loss.

Dear Beth - my thoughts are with you and your family at this time. I remember Steve and his music so well! When you are ready - would love to see you. Sheryl Karch

I'm so sorry to hear about Steve's passing. I have thought of you offen. My thoughts and prayers are with the Wheeler family at this difficult time!

Thoughts and prayers for you all. Rest in peace Uncle Steve.

Beth, Kate, and Amanda,
We liked and admired Steve for his intelligence, humor, generosity, integrity, determination, and so much more. Reading these tributes shows us he had many other wonderful attributes we didn't even suspect. May your memories of this fine man comfort you.

When Stephen and Beth were visiting the Pacific northwest last year, I had the honor of meeting you both, and sharing a cup of coffee. My sincere sympathy is extended, sorry for your loss,I will always remember "ex-rocker" he touched many.

Oh, Beth.....I am heartbroken for you and your girls. That just hits me in the gut. I will never forget Steve helping our Nathan (now almost 30) when he was about 6 or 7,,,showing him his electric guitar, and singing, "Wild thing.....I think I love you!". Nathan quoted him.....many, many times over the years, while playing anything at all that resembeled a guitar. He was definitely one of those figures in our son's life.....that had a major role in forming his psyche. So, so, so sorry...

So sorry that he suffered for so long; but your lives together are so an inspiration to all...and praying that those many many years together, will keep you full of the great memories; the great times. Love and hugs...Ken and Janice Smith

Very big hugs to all the Wheelers, Offords and Hennekeys. We always enjoyed talking with your dad/husband, epic musical traveler/adventurer that he was. We admire how large you always lived, together. All our love and peace to you as you begin and continue your grieving. xoxo
