Not sure what to say?

Dear Mrs Whitman and family,
I am sorry for your loss. Mr Whitman always brought a smile to my face. Saturdays were great because I would get to chat with him and it was a special occassion when you came with him. You both have been very kind to me over the years and he will be missed by me and the whole Ma's Dry Cleaning crew. If there is anything I can do please let me know.

Martine, my thoughts and prayers are with you. Steve was a wonderful co-worker and a superb human being. Bless you and your children.
