Not sure what to say?

You are in my thoughts Phyllis ♥

Thinking of Phyllis and Harry ♥

I'll always remember my first encounter with Steve. It was my freshman year at UVM, I was hanging out at Living and Learning , he asked me if I wanted to play a game of cribbage. I didn't know how to play. His patience and teaching ability made a lasting impression. We bonded during those card games. Everytime I see a deck of cards I'll remember my friend. RIP buddy

I will always remember Steve as a positive, fun, and deep person who was always ready to lend an ear to his friends. Steve always seemed able to recognize the significance and beauty of time spent with friends. He was able to relate to people in many ways because of his many interests. His passing is a true loss. I'll really miss him.

Steve there are no words to this song. My most heart-felt condolences to your family and assurances you will be remembered our whole lives as a superior talent and an exceptional friend

To the Wild family,
I'm very sorry to learn of Stephen's passing.
I moved to Pawtucket in the 7th grade, and by my recollection Stephen was one of the first to introduce himself to me at Goff Jr. High, making an immediate impression. He was so outgoing, friendly and confident, with a huge smile and terrific laugh. He was also intelligent, athletic and artistic.
I have fond memories of hanging out with Stephen including a road trip to Lake Winnipesaukee with cousin Jeff and other...

I am so sad that Stephen has passed. He was such a huge part of my childhood and the Vine Street Gang. He taught 13 other kids on the block not to be afraid to try new things, see life "your" way, and simply have fun. I was there for him when he was sad after his first real girlfriend breakup then he was there for me showing me what UVM would be like if I attended. Kickball, cock-a-rooster, whiffle ball, street hockey, chase, back track, hawk swing at dagget woods--- not the typical games...

I have tremendous memories of spending my summers with Stephen when we were kids, then later living with Stephen during our high school years. We were extremely competitive (in a good way) I think we enhanced each others lives and shaped each others character and we thrived together, we were like brothers. Spending time in Hew Hampshire, with lots of quarters in our pockets for the arcades, and captaining the grasshopper, are some of the best memories of my childhood. We did so many things...

Steve with many of his college friends from left to right: Nate Bokil, David Hochheiser, Gary Hochheiser, Marc Geno, Steve Wild, Joe London, Chris Jemison

Steve what can I say to remember you. Words dont seem to do it justice. So Ill write thoughts of some of our good times.

Playing guitar in living and learning. Playing together in Trip Thru Time. Us taking math classes at UVM together. Hall hockey. Hiking up mount Mansfield. Skiing in Colorado. Many Labor Day weekends together. Your smile. Playing cribbage. Many late night conversations. Going to Red Sox games. Playing softball. Visiting your parents lake house. Backyard Bocci....
