Stephen T. Winter

I may not remember Steve that much. But I do know he will be missed very much. He was a cousin of mine, his dad was my Uncle.

Steve was a great co-worker and friend. He always stood up for himself and others if he thought it was necessary and was always there to listen. There will always be a special place in my heart for him and he will truly be missed.

In September 1998 I was in discussions with Alain about joining Gallet & Associates. He invited me to Birmingham for Friday and Saturday, on the weekend of the Company picnic at Oak Mountain State Park. After I arrived, Alain talked me into participating in the Gallet Golf Tournament (Best Ball format) at the Oak Mountain golf course first thing Saturday morning. Steve was a great guy and friend. He always let me borrow his things when needed and rarely did not have a nice thing to say. Steve was committed to his work and did more behind the scenes than he probably got credit for. He can never be replaced. I will miss him dearly.

Steve is a good classmate and friend who will be missed.

Michelle and I were both deeply moved by the love we saw displayed at Stevie's funeral. How much everyone loved Stevie and how much you all still love each other. You are all a remarkable family. We pray for God's peace and comfort for all of you in this difficult time.
