I'm so sorry to hear of the passing of Justice Zappala. I had the honor and privilege of working as one of his secretaries, before I moved to Texas several years ago. Dear Mrs. Zapalla and family,
It is with much sadness that we learned of the passing of Mr. Zapalla. Some of the best memories were growing up with the Zapalla family summertime in Conneaut. Mr. Zapalla was a great influence and I will always remember fondly sitting on his deck overlooking Lake Erie and discussing politics.
