Not sure what to say?

I have so many good memories of Steve, and really the whole Zecher family. I knew him back in the 80s when Steve and I were at Alameda High School. Steve was a kind and generous man, as well as a fun friend. The Zecher family always loved to laugh, and time spent with any Zecher was always fun. I am sad that Steve's life came to an end at such a young age. He was one of the good ones.

We were so sorry to hear about Steve's passing! We remember so well meeting Steve at the rehearsal dinner for your beautiful wedding. We were fortunate to be in NY for my nieces wedding. Steve was so friendly and we had a wonderful time with family and friends. All our love and prayers for AnneMarie, Josie, and all of the family and friends. Sending hugs to all!

Was very saddened to hear the passing of Steve. We've known him for over 25 years and he was such a great friend. We'll always remember our volleyball years with him!! Our prayers and deepest condolences to Ann Marie, Josie, and the rest of the family.

I am so sorry to hear of Steve's passing. He and I dated in high school, and I remember him as a kind, generous, and fun person. I am so sorry to learn that his life ended so young. My prayers are with his family.

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Anne Marie, Josie and your families, during this very difficult time. I hope the love of God, family, and friends help to provide the comfort you need.

Unfortunately there isn't a selection for "great friends" or "like family" as Steve was both of those categories to me. I have known Steve for 40 years Through scouts, elks, and native sons. I never met a person who was kinder than Steve was. He will be missed by many.

Until we meet again Steve
