Not sure what to say?

Probably shouldn't bring this up. The elevator at South Quad UM could be stopped by opening the door on the way up. 1st time I opened it I saw Mr. Zervas's names .... good penmanship, and over 25 years old!, probably used a nice Sharpie. That made him super cool in my book! Sorry Cathy for you loss .

I just seen this, so very sorry for your loss. Mr. Zervas was so kind. I will always remember his smileCarol Ann Bowman-Johnson
