May God rest Dr. Glover's soul in heaven. He was a great friend to my passed on daughter, Mary Catherine Sherman when she worked at the Cleveland, Ohio Port Authority. He spoke honers about her when they planted a tree and a plaque in her honor by the Cleveland Port across from the Brown's Stadium.
He was a great and friendly man.

I was saddened to learn of the passing of Pastor Glover. Clarence, Greg (Janice) & Maurice- my prayers are with you and your family!!
I grew up at Emmanuel, along with my siblings. Pastor Glover baptized me & his father gave the message for the baptismal service.
I have very fond and sweet memories of Pastor; like how he always had a Halls throat lozenge after he preached; how he always stood at the back of the church at the end of service and greeted everyone w/a hug!

Sincere condolences are extended to Rev. Dr. Bernadette Glover and the Glover family in the passing of Dr. Sterling Glover. While no words that I can offer will remove the loss you suffer, I commend to you the words of the Father- "Blessed are they that mourn, for they shall be comforted."
