"If I were to die today I would have had a full life" Steve Appleton

My deepest condolences continue to go out to the family and friends. May the, "God of all comfort", continue to be with you all. - 2 Cor 1:3

I grew up with Steve in LaPuente CA and was best friends with his sister. I will always remember all the camping trips we had and the times we hung out at each others houses. All of my love, thoughts, and prayers to all of the Appleton's on their tragic loss. What a great husband, son, father and friend it appears he was to all!

Steve Appleton's father Bob Appleton was my golf partner in Southern California. We shared many rounds of golf and he always would express how proud he was of all his family members. Upon learning that I was a pilot, informed me that his son Steven was an avid aviator and arranged for Steve to visit Cailfornia. Steve, at the request of his Father flew his Hunter Hawker to San Bernardino International Airport and offered me seat time in the beautiful plane. Steve was gracious and patient...

I first met Steve at an airshow in San Bernardino in 1999. He seemed to be very much at home sitting in his Hawker Hunter before his performance. I always enjoyed visiting the hanger at Boise.

What a trajic loss... I had the pleasure of knowing Steve in High School. I will always cherish our friendship and was glad we were able to catch up at the 30 year reunion.
He was always a gentlman and a very nice person. He will be deeply missed.
My heart goes out to all that knew Steve but especially to his wife and children. RIP My friend....
