Not sure what to say?

I remember "Stevie Arimoto" as my favorite playmate when I was a child in Collins Park, Delaware. Then suddenly it seemed, he had moved away. I was just googling his name to see if there was any news of him because I knew that, even as a young child of 5 or 6, he was an extraordinary human being. I was shocked and saddened to find he had passed but very happy to read about his life, the comments of his friends and to find he had so many children and grandchildren. Knowing Stevie even as a...

He was my first est friend in Collins Park Delaware Even at about 7 or 8 he was already a perfect gem

Jane and Family. Peg and I were shocked to hear today about Steve's passing! Words cannot describe how we feel. I am so sorry for your loss. My memories of Steve will also be chatting by the fence, stopping both of during your walks to talk, and just being one of the greatest neighbors anyone could have. Also hearing him yell at the dogs for barking too loudly (which NEVER bothered me at all):---)I am going to miss him terribly. He was one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. Our...

Dear Jane and all family members affected by Steve's sudden death,

Steve was a quiet hero in my life. Not someone I knew well at all, but someone whose presence was deeply felt at all times. I was struck by his faithfulness to out church, and I know his legacy will continue as long as we continue to tell stories of him.

I'm honored to have had him as a guest at my half-century party, and I will miss his comforting presence at church.

Love,

Lisa Neff

Many fond memories of Steve's youth group leadership. I don't know how he put up with us. He was a very patient and kind man. I am sure he will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
