Steve Carver

Growing up whenever uncle Steve would come to our house to visit he would always bring me a bag of m&m´s. He will be missed. He is now with my Dad and uncle Gene they are riding together again.

Haven't seen Steve in almost 50 years, but I was with him when he bought the I believe it was a Mercury Comet or Cyclone in Sycamore. Rest in peace, May God bring peace to the rest of the family.

I was raised calling him Uncle. He was the best. What I remember most his him riding his Harley and always wearing bib overhalls. He always watched out for all us kids. Uncle Steve was fun loving and I will miss him dearly. R.I.P. Uncle Steve

The best memory I have of Steve is from 50 years ago when I went into labor for our daughter April Diane "Sissy". Gene said we didn´t have enough gas to get home if it was false labor, so he says "We´ll go get Steve". Of course Steve took us and stayed with Gene, back then fathers were not allowed in delivery rooms, until she was born. I think Gene just wanted company, that´s the way he was always had someone with him, usually Steve or Rick or my dad. I take comfort in knowing Gene and Steve...

I will miss our mornings that we had together going out to breakfast and talking about anything and everything and reminiscing about good old days. I will miss you my friend. RIP, till we meet again
