Not sure what to say?

I am sorry for your loss. I spent a little over a year at the Lighthouse School and was fortunate enough to have known the Chappell family.

Was saddened to hear of your loss. May time bring fond memories. I appreciated the work I did for the county commissioners of which Steve was a member.

So sorry for your loss.

To Steve and Barbara , Dale and Candi and Brett and Tamika and family: Your family touched my life in many ways. When I was Principal at Kemper, Steve and Barbara were extra special. I worked with Brett many years ago and knew him to be a fine young man also. I know how you feel today as I too lost my father way to early. Sweet blessings on your entire family. Mark Madsen.

Candi and Dale, We are so sorry for your loss. Your family will be in our thoughts and prayers. Robert Dean and Jessamyn Dean

Steve was our high school ski coach 67-68. I am privileged to have had him in my life. He was a great MAN!

I will greatly miss Steve Chappell. I worked with him on a garbanzo beans/cropping systems research project in the early 2000s. He was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about dryland farming in this area, among other things. He was friendly and an all-around nice, friendly, reliable, and respectable (as well as respectful) person and community leader. May he rest in peace. Abdel Berrada

First met Steve in grade school at Goodman point school on about 1954. Had hoped to visit him again to visit about old times. David Bryce

Have many fond memories from when we were in school together in athletics. Was a joy to coach his sons and daughters. Don Story
