Not sure what to say?

I received this reminder today, informing me that it's been 9 years since Steve tragically passed. I was shocked, both about it having been that long, and still shocked that my lifelong best friend is no longer with us! I loved him like a brother; fact is, we likely spent more of our lives together than we did our flesh and blood brothers! I just remarked the other day, knowing that the anniversary of his passing was coming soon, how very much I miss him! So many laughs, so many talks, so...

Still miss this guy! When you share a friendship such as the one Steve and I had, the pain of his loss doesn’t ever fade! I miss him on so many levels, and now, six years later it’s still hard to believe he’s gone! Save a place for me, buddy!!

Our Sympathies to the Davis Family. Steve will be greatly missed. God Bless.

Jill, I worked briefly with you and Steve recently and was so surprised to hear the news of his death. May God give you strength to deal with this loss to your family.

You are in our prayers Jill Jadyn and Jeremy . We are so sorry and Steve will be greatly missed by so many people.
We feel so blessed to have had you as a part of our family gatherings and will not forget the important role Steve played in helping us make Christmas so awesome for my GRANDKIDS and then both of you over after Santa left :)
We love you , Karla Alison Ashley Tyler Kaylei and Nevaeh Nuss.

Rest in Peace Steve. Always enjoyed working and playing with you. Prayers
for your family.

My Condolences go out to the Davis family. I always enjoyed working and talking with Steve at the fire station. Steve and I had a special bond because I grew up with his nephew Shane Dart. R.I.P. Steve

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Davis family during this difficult time.

It was most definitely a privilege to have known such a great man! We are so thankful for the MEMORIES that Steve left us with. We will hold those memories in our hearts forever. He will be missed dearly and never forgotten.
God must have something really special planned for him. I know he'll be watching over 24/7.
Much love to you Jill, Jadyn, Jeremy, and to everyone else who holds a special place in Steve's heart.
