Steve Frank Durst, 68, of Shallotte, N.C., died Monday, March 22, 2004, in the Lower Cape Fear Hospice Center in Wilmington, N.C. A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of the National Cremation Service.
