Not sure what to say?

I met Steve back in 1974 when we both worked for my father, a local general contractor back in Doylestown PA.
I didn’t realize Steve had passed away until I searched his name on the internet tonite, wondering where he was after all these years.
I wish to extend my sincere belated condolences to his wife Nancy as well as his family.
Steve was a joy to be around.
He and his buddy Kevin Smith, who my dad hired the following summer on Steve’s recommendation, taught me how to...

I remember the day before I moved up to San Antonio from Palm Harbor -- and you tenderly placed all my huge stand-up Gnomes in your old truck, blankets under and around each, to take home and cover for overnight safety in your driveway for my big move the next day. When you slowly backed out of my driveway and drove off in your squeaky old truck, all those bright red hats were sticking up and lookin' mighty mysterious to passersby wondering what was REALLY in your truck! (and WHY!). Thanks...

Steve is the only guy who let me pitch him a 70mph fastball while he was barefooted. You have a special place in my heart, Steve.

My heart will also carry Steve’s warmth, kindness and humor. He helped me in so many ways, but none more profound than getting a view of the world through his artist eye and imaginative spirit. We had so much fun collaborating on the Squirt book. It was fascinating to witness his flashes of creative genius and, boy oh boy, once he got into the zone, he fired on all cylinders. Nancy and I couldn’t write things down fast enough! I will watch the sunsets and imagine Steve painting the sky...

hey uncle steve, Im sorry that I could not be with you in your last moments but I am thinking of you and will never forget what you taught me. I hope you are always with me helping me through my moments of stress. I love you and miss you. now continue flying!!

Steve: I will miss you forever! When I look back and think of all the fun things we did, boy did we do a lot! Going downhill skiing at Mt Snow & Mt Killington in freezing temp's, getting pulled by the truck on a rope in a innertube, My first glider ride w/ you as the Pilot, going hot air ballooning at the many balloon races" Glen Falls, Bloomsbury, Yellow Brick Toad, especially when you dangeled the famous Wallendas under the basket,Doing shots @ Hedoism, then jumping off the cliff @ Rick's...

Hi Big Brother!! Allthough you are no longer physically here you will always exist within my soul and I will carry your spirit with me wherever I go. As your little sister our memories of growing up were adventurous and endless, not to mention a little insane!  How we lived through them I'll never know! What I do know is that you are FOREVER with me. As I read your guest book I can tell that MANY of those that met you saw what I knew...your artistic talents, incredible intelligence and zest...

We have a lot of memories of Steve. First there's hot air ballooning at The Toad, in Lambertville, NJ and all the festivals. The toga parties at Steve and Nancy's in PA. Also our memorable visit with them in FL when we sailed on the catamaran after the red tide. All their wonderful Christmas cards over the years. Steve even called us while Nancy was in the hospital and we talked for awhile. It was really nice to hear from him. Steve and Nancy were the most in love couple we've ever...
